Easy Way Getting rid of Body Fat - Worried fat you eat disrupt the blood vessels to the heart attack risk may increase? A study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine recently said, a bowl of oatmeal or an appetizer containing 800 IU of vitamin E, helps maintain the smooth blood vessels someone who is new to consume fat. 

"We know that high fat diets impair blood flow. But now we also know, eating oats can help protect blood flow negative effects of fat," said Dr.David Katz of Yale University, US, who led the study. But added Dr.Katz, to ensure positive effects of oats for those at risk of heart tererang, further research is needed.

In the study, Dr. Katz's, 50 non-smokers who do not have signs of a heart attack were asked to drink a milkshake made of ice cream, coconut cream and eggs, in three different occasions. At the same time, respondents were also asked to eat a bowl of oats or a capsule of vitamin E. 

Then from trial using ultrasound revealed, blood flow decreased to 13 percent of respondents when they eat cereal flour and drinking milkshakes. Declines indicate the existence of barriers to the flow of blood. But if the respondent was drinking milkshakes and eating oatmeal or ingesting supplements of vitamin E, it decreases the blood flow does not indicate blood flow remains open.
